I "SACHIN NAGORI" WORKING AS Sr. SOFTWARE ENGINEER, IN TELCOM SECTOR HAVE PUCHASE THE DELL LAPTOP - VOSTRO 1510 IN APRIL. WITH IN TWO-THREE MONTHS ITS DVD-RW GOT FAILURE. AFTER CONTINUOUS CALL TO DELL-TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND REGULAR FOLOW UP FROM MY SIDE, DEEL REPLACE THE DVD-RW.
NOW AGAIN AFTER 1YEAR-3 MONTH, SYSTEM GOT FAILURE AGAIN.
POWER OFF THE LAPTOP IS NOT GETTING ON. AFTER GETTING IN CONTACT WITH DELL-TECHNICAL SUPPORT THEY ASKED ME TO PERFORM SOME CHECKS ON THE LAOPTOP TO KNOW THE PROBLEM AND THEN LATER THEY CONCLUDED THAT MOTHERBOARD HAS GOT FAILURE.
I SEEMS TO BE DISGUSTING THE LAPTOP OF THE DELL, THE BRAND NAME ALL OVER THE WORLD. THEITR LAPTOPS GET FAIL IN FEW MONTHS THIS CONCLUDE THAT NO ONE SHOULD RELIA ON THE DELL.
NOW DELL TECHNICAL TEAM IS ASKING FOR Rs. 16000/- FOR THE MAOTHERBOARD.
ITS BIG SHAME ON DELL. THIS SHOWS SHOW MUCH DELL PRODUCTS ARE RELIABLE IN THE MARKET.
