I have a dell laptop the adapter of which is spoilt. I am trying to buy a new one from 1.5 months. they do not have dealers they do not respod to calls. 99.9 % of the time their customer care line is busy. the product is not available for online booking/purchase. If you reach an exectutive they will transfer to a department where one will be there to pick ur call.
somebody had given a wrong info that dell offers best service. yes thats only until u buy computer after that there is not a single response for your queries.
