I have a laptop of dell.on the 11may i faced some problem in my laptops so i called in dell customer services..at that time i had no warranty.i had talked to one of the technician of dell and he told me that your mother board is not working so you have to give 14, 440.i had no option but to give this money because i am an it student and most of my time went on my laptop.when the engineer came he told me that you have problem in your ram not in the motherboard..i was shocked.i called in the dell and after 10 days means on 14 jun they told me that your dd will be dispatched to you within 10 days but now it's 10 of august and i haven't got any dd.i have sent a lot of mails and called so much time in dell but every time i have been told that my work is under processing!!! what should i do now?
