I have purchased a dell laptop on 6th august they promised me to deliver it on or before 25 august. But i haven't recieved my laptop yet, inspite of several tries to contact the sales representative he is not picking up my calls and when i am asking to return my money back they are saying that it would take 25 days for returning the money, after trying again and again last week when i was able to contact the sales representative he told me that they can't deliver the laptop as a result he has canceled my order of his own and now i have an option rather i can take my money back which would take a procedure of min 25 days or i can opt of other laptop that would be delivered within a week's time, i again gave them a chance to deliver the laptop on nxt week but now they again called me and said they can't deliver the laptop this week also, i have suffered a huge loss because of this please help me out...
