Hello Sir,
I went to Dell Authorized Service Center J-29, sector 18, Noida around two months ago to get checked my laptop as there was some problem in keyboard. I meet there with amit (dont know his full name) and he diagnose the issue and suggest me to extend full cover warranty for 1 year by paying 7590/- INR. and this keybard issue will be include in this also.
So I paid amount 7590/- INR cash to Amit and Get laptop at evening when issue was resolved and Amit commited me that I will get INSO No. within 5-7 working days but when I ask him after 7 days then he said that there is some problem in Dell server as its being migrating so it will take some more days to generate INSO No. and in parallel I was in contact with Sagar Manchanda he is senior of amit.
But at last around 1 month back I got Quotation no. 25013166 from Sagar Manchanda and Sagar was said me that Now Dell has changed INSO No. term to Quotation No. so by telling this Quotation No. you can avail service from Dell within all over India.
But When I talked with Khushbu Gupta (dell customer care) on 18-09 I was informed that still my laptop is not under warrenty and there is no INSO or Quotation No. is assigned to my laptop. For this communication with Khushbu case no. is 4516611
So I want to know where has gone my money and why my laptop is not under warrenty.
Please look into this and tell me what should I do now as I have already pay the amount to Amit/Sagar.
