Dear Sir/Maam,
I have a MSI motherboard which was bought in the year 2009.So being within 3 years it was still eligible for warranty. The problem i faced was the notch where the heatsink would fix on the motherboard got broken. When i took it to the msi collection centre in siliguri (i.e.placewell) on the 23rd of august the person who was in charge of collection told me that it was out of warranty. He further added that the problem i faced was warranty void. After i showed him my purchase bill which showed it well in the warranty period he received my motherboard and told me that people from digicare kolkata would call me within two days regarding the repair if possible. Today is 5th of September and i havent yet got a call from them. I called them 2-3 times in the month of August itself, but the lady told me that they had no motherboard with that particular serial no. showing up in their systems. For the past 5days I have been trying to reach them on their contact nos, but it is either busy, or keeps on ringing. I am terribly frustrated with their service and would like my issue to be resolved at the the earliest.
