DISH T.V
No channels appear for viewng

Dear Sir,

I have recharged my DishT.V. account in Manoj Electronics, Thane Naupada, Thane West for Rs. 350/- My V.C.No. being 01501707748. The same was charge at 2.00 pm today ie:23.08.2011 and till yet no programmes seem to appear on the T.V.

My request to you is to kindly verify my account and confirm to me as to why there is so much delay.
