This is humbly submitted that i had given my mac book pro with the above request id for repairing on 19/10 (picked up date) to one company name ETECHIES.IN, they said it will take 3 days to a week time to repair the system, i enquired at least 10 times till now from 19/10 its been almost a month, they say they will revert back to me about the status of the system but no revert call was ever received to me from your office, i once personally visit to your malviya nagar repair center which is 28 km from my place they make false promises for delivery (the one i had a talk was Rajinder), now i am really pissed off with there service and there company response first they take payment in advance and then harass there clients like this, i want my money to be refunded.
