Refund of amount not received

Dear Sir,

I am C.V.Ramanathan, from karur, Tamilnadu

I had ordered for Samsung Laptop vide order no. LSB-424893, dt.28.09.2011 and made my payment for Rs.30396/- and received after 10 days. I was shocked to see that the display of the laptop was not working (display problem) and immediately i approached customer service of letsbuy and informed about the problem. They asked me to return the laptop and give it back to courier and inturn they will send me the new laptop. As per advice, i gave back to blue dart courier and even after 30 days, I have not received the laptop. Each time i spend about 100/- Rs to contact them and wait for half an hour to get the line to speak to customer service executive... One of the customer service executive by name Mansi, told that she will cancel the order and refund the money. This was told 12 days before and still i have not yet received the payment.

I am quite disappointed with there service.

Please advice me to take the next steps.

Whether to approach the lawyer for taking actions legally.
