Myself Kewal Krishan Kohli residing at RZ, C1-STREET NO-8, SADH NAGAR, PALAM COLONY, NEW DELHI- 45 mobile no. 9212592750, bought recently a desktop computer from TECHMART SUPERSTORE PVT LTD..B-1 /624, FIST FLOOR, JANAKPURI, NEW DELHI contacted person Mr. Vivek Sharma [email protected] 9958228871 / 01125549452, serial no. of the system 6113AC189136 bought on 25/06, and it was committed for three years mcafee subscription free with desktop and will be received by me by courier and same will be delivered to me from Hcl infosystems, Noida, but still the same not received by me. as today is 6th of September more that Two months... Everytime Mr. Vivek sharma making fool of me by saying that mcafee will be installed in two days but till today it would not be installed. Also contacted many times to Mr. Amit Malhotra whose no. is 9818657468, atlast he also asked me to contact Mr. Vivek Sharma 9958228871 / 01125549452, contacted manytimes, but no proper response received by both of them... and also not received the gift promotion code carn always shows the registered, waiting for status screenshot attached here with... do the needful as earliest as possible...
It was a Great experience for me... not satisfied by the services provided to me from HCL infosystems...
