Egarding Monitor replacement

I have purchased One Acer Power Series from their local dealer at Jaipur M/s. Websity. after some times during warantee period, its Monitor got some problem. As usual I complaint to them and their representative came to my house on 13.7.09 and after checking he informed me that it will be replaced shortly. but soory to say that till today means 10-8-09 it has not been replaced neither they have contacted me to this. Two days ago, i talk to their representative and he informed me to contact as earliest but sorry to say that these company are not up to the mark regarding after service. I am very worried as the local dealer is saying that this problem will be solved by the company but on the other hand company is not responding to me. Now i have no option but to file a case before consumer court regarding this. but i still hope that after this mail they will act as early as possible otherwise after 18-8-09, i will file a case against company in the court.
