Iam reseller in my home town mannargudi. I bought 19" ACER Lcd monitor on 29th May in Chennai (south india) for my client. I Saw one white dot on the screen and immediately complaint it in ACER Mumbai call centre on 30th may. The executive ask model and my address of my home town and he will try to solve my problem within 24 hours. After 2 days also there is no response from the call centre. Then i call again call centre.he said sorry for inconvinience & infrormed me ur LCD monitor is ready for replacement. pls come to chennai serivice centre & contact 044-26263353 for replacement.
Then i go to chennai (about 350Kms far away) and call service centre number. They informed me to contact my dealer. Again i go to meet my dealer S.K computer. He was ready to replace my monitor But he wants to cancel my complaint from mumbail call centre.he also talk to mumbai call centre Executive Mr. Pawan. Mr pawan talked to my dealer he cannot cancell my complaints so he will arrange service person to service monitor at customer home. Again i informed my home town is far away from the city.he talked to my dealer never mind i will arrange a service engineer to repair or replace ur monitor on ur home. then i come back to my home town and wait for more than two days.
Nobody was come. I call again mumbai call centre again. The executive ask me to go Redington Madurai.they will repair or replace it.im angry and fight with customer executive.he said sorry soryy u must go to redington madurai for repair or replacement. Now i give my LCD monitor to Redington madurai and waiting for more than 4 days for replacement there is no response. I spent more money for traveling.
