On 10th october i gave my laptop for repair at GEONET HP WORLD on tilak road pune for graphics card problem. Their representative cited graphic card issues and told " it needs to be changed" and charged Rs 2800 for it, he offered two months warranty on the new graphic card. However when he returned the laptop the touch panel and the laptop was in bad shape. After i complained they repaired it. During the warranty period the the new graphic card ceased working forcibly i had to give my laptop again to this company. But company's behavior was totally changed this time when i asked for replacement, the engineer told me that " we had offered extra warranty by mistake, it is actually of one month" i was shocked at their abrupt behavior. I lost my cool and had to shout in order to get things right . after wasting a hell lot of my time they finally budged and agreed to repair it. They took 8 days to do the repairs instead of two that was promised and cited lame reasons for the delay . accustomed to their irresponsible behavior this time my speakers wasn't working but i cannot muster enough strength to go back to them again. Their service was pathetic to it's core.i hope HP realizes it and HP must snatch their dealership from them.they should realize that today customer and his satisfaction is the key to business. I have lost trust and would suggest my friends and family to bad mouth it.
