IMPROPER SEVICES AND USE OF ABUSIVE LANGUAGE

I have purchased a HP printer all in one (scanner, photocopier & printer) from Geonet Computers Panel Branch Near HDFC Bank on 24th Sept. During the purchase it was promised that the printer will be made operational within couple of days either by Panvel Branch or most likely by Kharghar Branch. After regular follow-up with the Dealer by my daughters both at Kharghar, Navi Mumbai out lets as well as Panvel Outlet of Geonet both the branches did not bothered neither attended the complaint. After that I had to intervene to make the Printer Operational. I had to raise the complaint to one of the Director Bimal Kumar Singh. However he intervened to solve the issue which was futile as the product (Ink cassete) was dry. When I enquired with Mr Sanjiv and raised my voice for this abnormal delay and question their attitude to my surpise he started absusing in most filty abuse language.

The Company should take drastic/severe action for this type of inhuman behaviour, the Dealership has no right to use abusive languague with any customer for a product of high value from a reputed company. Mr Bimal Singh has informed me that he is initiating action, however I would like to know what action has been taken, in absence of termination or atlest stop of increment will give Mr Sanjiv a lesson that he has no right to use abusive languague with any prospective and customer on Board.

Just 2 days back the printer has been made OK after buying a new cartiage
