Dear sir,
I bought a HCL laptop named "HCL LEAPTOP U39 CTD" in july. In october lines started to appear on the screen after which the service center repaired it after 1 month. After that the lines started to appear again in dec'09. I have reported again about it but no action has been taken till date. I am a b.tech student and a lot of project work needs to be done on the laptop.
I am not satisfied with the performance of the laptop at all as its "LCD" HAS dysfunctioned twice since purchase of laptop. I want my laptop to be replaced and not repaired as soon as possible or be given 2 years extended warranty.
If an action is not taken at the earliest I would have no option left but to give a petition in the consumer court.
