I want to draw your kind attention towards the complaints about HCL Desktop compruter which is in warranty period.
I had raised a complain (No-141100137) regarding USB port (all port are not working) of my desktop on 14th january. But till date and time i could not find any satisfactory solution by HCL. I request HCL people to change my USB port on urgent basis, but they are not listening. They are verbally saying that it will take 15 days to change required USB port and HCL will keep my desktop motherboard for 15 days. They are saying this is our policy. I asked HCL person to give me policy in writing. they told, sry we can not give in writing.
Sir, my concern is why HCL promise to serve within 48 hours at yr door. If you have some urgent work how u will work on your desktop without motherboard. I requested HCL person n number of times to resolve my problem on urgent basis, but they are ignoring my problem. Please help me.
