My PC had restart problem, after following up again and again with HCL support, the restart problem was resolved after a painful 1month time. While doing so, they broke the processor fan and then just glued it up saying it will be replaced. Now its almost 2months and they have not done anything. Everytime i call helpdesk they open the ticket and then service center closes the ticket without any resolution.
I strongly recommend everyone not to buy any PC from HCL, their support is non-existence, they will wait till your warranty ends in case any problem comes, so they can escape doing fixes. You will end up losing more money calling their helpdesk than buying a brand-new PC
