Computer problem

Sir, myself vikas sharma having a branded pc of hcl .in before some days it started problem.it is under 3 yrs warranty period. i m working in axis direct and pursuing bca .and i have to submit my project on urgent basis but due to malfunctioning of computer i am facing lot of problems. whenever i tried to contact customer care, i found no response .hoping u would look into the matter.
