I have purchased a HCL ME 4502 Laptop from HCLstore located at Ghaziabad city as on
25/07 (EXPRESS COMPUTERS C - 10 & 12, Express market, Ambedkar road, Ghaziabad01 UP). Due to an unfortunate body of my HCL ME 4502 Laptop (including front pannel & back cover) crashed than i have given it to HCL Authorised service Provider located at Meerut, EXCELLENT TECHNOLOGIES, 161 CIVIL LINES MEERUT.for repairment as on 12.04.2011. but it is hearing very bad that the part of HCL LAPTOP is not available till now in stores.
Whenever i am contact to your authorised service provider the only statement they said to me that " We have punch the purchase order to our company but it is not available till now. What can we do when it is not available by company."
HCL is a brand name and thats y on this faith i purchased a laptop from your company.
