FALSE STATEMENT/POOR MANAGEMENT/HARRASING THE SENTIMETS OF CUSTOMER

Dear Sir. Madam,

I have ordered a Laptop through HCL STORE during some carnival where they are promising that you will get 2 year additional warranty, 3 year Mcafee anti virus, and other softwares.

On account of this offer, i ordered on a machine worth Rs. 35000 plus. I ordered on 26th June via credit card, following is submitted for your information:-

1. After ordering the machine through internet, thay confirmed, your machine will be delivered within 7 working days. They delivered on 10th of Aug.

2. After opening the shipment, i found that whatever thay promised about the extra benefits, it was not in the shipment.

3. I contacted them, they told me to register online and send some documents, then only you will get the benefits.

4. I did whatever they had said to me.

5. since than i am writing mails and contacting them to tell me my status, they are just passing my calls to here and there.

I just want to comment, if they have received a full payment, why they have not dispatched the benefits into the laptop shipment?

I have just expressed my frustration.
