Laptop Battery Replacement

Hi,

My Name is Manish Kumar. My Complaint is that I was bought a HCL Laptop last year, the battery of laptop is not woking from 3 months. I was contact in the service center of HCL but they are try to make me fool by saying you come tomorrow & the next day from three months but untill they are not provide me battery. Please help me to find out my problem.
