Cheating with customers

Hi

I bought 2 products HCL educational laptop and HCL Gaming device from HCL Digiworld. after few days I got the products and paid rs 22000 for these products. But when I opened those packets I was surprised to see that both of the products were faulty.. Educational laptop was not working and there is no sound in HCL gaming device... I have written so many complains to them but no reply from their side..

I request all of you not to buy any product from HCL Digiworld.. as this is totally fraud website opened by HCL...
