My hcl desktop stopped working on 24 oct. on 25 oct at 0930 i lodged complaint with hcltouch. i was told the computer would be inspected in 24 to 48 hrs. after making some 50 phone calls the service engineer showed up on 02 nov. he took my motherboard for repair and thereafter nothing heard from the service centre or hcl touch. i have been calling them 4 times a day for last four days. hcl touch says computer will be repaired today. service centre does not have the spare parts. no call from their end on status of complaint. i am amazed and international company, which makes hardware, needs more than two weeks to fix their own machine. NEVER AGAIN HCL, EITHER MYSELF OR ANYONE I KNOW. pray to god this comply folds up asap. they are parasites on first time customers. if u pay less u will get such substandard products from a substandard company.
