Hi,

hcl is one of the company in worst service centers... recently i faced a problem with my laptop (dull screen) screen brightness..i contacted all the service centers (authorised&unauthorised)... every one is saying that about brand HCl... IT IS THE WASTE OF MONEY TO REPAIR... and asking for too much money to repair even not detecting the problem... actually it is a inverter problem but every one is saying that change the LCD... my advise is that PLEASE DONT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCTS FROM HCL.
