HCL LAPTOP
No action on compalin has been taken

I have purchase a HCL Laptop Model L 74, which is hardly 3 months old

Within purchase of one month laptop was not able to start. I lodge a complain on 02.08.2011 against service order no. 8400020171 and they have asked me to collect the laptop after 5 days. But till date I have not be able to receive my laptop after no. of follow ups.
