HCL LAPTOP
From last 1 month when i was submit laptop, there is no response

On 8th september i submit laptop at HCL service center, The HCL INFOSYSTEM LTD., Ghaziabad because its backspace key is not working. Every time they take two three days time. Yet today (one month later) i have not my laptop in my hand.
