No Responce after Complaint

I would like to enlighten my problem, which I am facing since few, weak. I have purchased HCL ME ICON L 54 Laptop with Invoice no- 23772, dated 16th May with product code – AE1V2621-I, M/C Sl. No-5111AE841539, Facing problem for keyboard, non of its key’s are working since 16th Aug I complaint the same matter to its customer care (Toll free no- 1860 1800 425), with Complaint No- 8400027639 on dated 16/08, they have committed me 48 Hrs resolution period, But problem remain unresolved thereafter. I again made a repeat complaint,

Complaint No-8400029434 on dated 19/08. But again the same response from HCL Support Team. Still I haven’t received any call nor any technical dept. tried to contact me.

This is very disappointing response for HCL Support Team. So it is my request, to HCL Support Team to please provide me solution for my Laptop. As earliest As possible.
