Winter Carnival gift offe

I had bought HCL notebook model G38 machine no 9094AX127436. I was promised free gifts under Winter Carnival offer by the company and the dealer but even after 6 months i have not recieved it. HCL customer care as well as the dealer/stockists are not helpful. It is a frustrating experience with HCL.
