Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased a computer in January. After purchasing the computer I haven’t faced any major problem for first six months. After that it’s not working properly. As you can check your records I have made more than 100 phone calls and registered so many complaints to your customer service center. Following are the details of few complaint numbers which I have written in my notebook:

2. 1900086302 dt. 19/10
3. 1900126150 dt. 19/11
I don’t know what your service engineer did but it’s never work properly. Since last 4 months my computer has been formatted 3 times by your service engineer and twice the hard disk has taken by him to your service center. And the result is remaining same. My computer is still not working. When I call to your customer service center I got only one reply that engineer is coming and he will do the needful. But it’s never happened.
Please note due to you bad service and complaint is not handling properly by you I have already loose 4 months internet service (Rs. 750X4 = Rs3000.00) and 3 times for window installation charges (Rs. 500X3 = Rs1500.00)
As an HCL customer, I am feeling very foolish because each and every person from HCL is not fulfilling their promise and just trying to move me around a circle. When you have to sell something I got more than 50 phone calls from the shop and direct form the HCL and now I need service than I have to call to you on daily basis.
Since I had purchase from a branded company and paid the full amount, I don’t want to keep the bad computer. You are requested kindly arrange to change my computer and replace with a good one and give me compensation for one extra year AMC.
