HITACHI HARD DISK
DELAY IN REPLACEMENT

I send my hard disk for replacement after 45 days i.e. on 11th December. I go to dealer i.e.G.X COMPUTER, SANJAY PLACE, AGRA from where I purchased Hard disk. They said they send for replacement but company return as it is. They said they again send HARD DISK for replacement and 45 days will be taken by the company as procedure.

I think the HITACHI has a reputation in world market. So you should be honest with the customer not like after selling your product you make fool to the

We await your explanation in this regard and expect that the Faulty hard disk will be replaced at the earliest as per the terms of orders.
