E- locks not working

We had purchased 20 electronic locks from M/s Godrej Locks division situated near okhla Through their sales incharge mr. Vinay (Mob:09958110844), from the past 3 months 04 locks are not working neither the software installed by them to issue the cards is working, i have been trying to follow mr.vinay since that time and now he has stopped answering my call . when i contacted their office T tel no 011-66507321-25 no one gave a positive response. Now my guest are using manual keys to open the rooms . which is spoiling the purpose of purchasing such expensive locks and also our hotel reputation

I am fed up of following up Mr. Vinay.

Kindly take some action if someone responsible reads this mail.
