Regarding Vediocon 22" LCD

I Purchse HP Pavillion Notbook at 28th January and apply for the 22" Vediocon LCD and submit the DD of 9000/- and all supported document but after 2 month still i not getting my Gift and i not get any further communication from their side and the Hp Redemption cell no come all time busy and i not getting any satisfactory answer from their side so pls solve my query
