Printer not working

I purchased HP All-in-one printer on 22-05. My printer is not working since 22-06. I submitted the printer in Redington Service, Shivaji Nagar, Nagpur on 28-06 (Registration no: CN9CEBMOJZ). They told me that your printer problem would be resolved within a week. They checked the printer and told me that the cartridge holder is not working, it needs to be replaced.

After a couple of days i called them to ask about the replacement but i got negative response. After three days again I called to check about the replacement but they told me that they don't have the part and asked me to wait for three days.

After three days they told me that the part is not yet delivered to their service center. And again after three more days they are giving excuses that the part we received is not compatible with your model. The part in your model is not repairable etc.

HP have the worst after sale service compared to other brands.
