I have got a laptop of hp on 5'th nov'10 from HP World-UPTEC, Vinayak Complex Civil-lines by the name Of my sister Aastha Gupta for which i was told that sending the invoice of the laptop and bar code printed on the box will produce either an adidas voucher or titan gift voucher worth rs 2000.I had send the documents on 19.11.10, by speed post tohp redemption cell nehru place new delhi, but neither i'd got any confirmation of receiving the documents neither i'd got any mail from hp regarding my gift voucher i'd tried many a time to contact hp redemption cell but no result was produced so i just request to look into the matter to avoid befooling of customers by such type of frowdery.
