I have purchased hp 1217 AX laptop on 01 June. Presently which is giving battery back up of maximum 1 hours, when kept in idle condition. I have approached with same problem to HP authorized service center, mahalaxmi electronics, Indiranagarh, Bangalore. They have refused to change the battery. MY laptop is in warranty period, now what should I do.
