Regarding the laptop purchased from an authorized dealer of hp, in october.
The laptop given to me was faulty. As it had being given to the service center in january and it has being 4 months, till now no report on the progress of the service done on it has being provided. I would be pleased if any action against the company and the hp service center (Noida) is taken and a replacement is given to me in exchange of the faulty laptop.
