I have the following problems regarding my laptop:

1. I bought a HP div4 laptop from E-Zone electronics chain on 26 jan.2010.every HP laptop consists guarntee for 1year but when i visited to HP center for repairing of my laptop they told me the guarntee period of 10 months (i think E-zone cheated me). The service engineer told me that i have to go to e-zone to solve this problem.

2. My laptop's LCD had problem.i gave to the service center for repair (service bill no.-8655) and they repaired it and give it to me on 25/11, when i used it at my workplace after got over there i noticed that its touchpad was not working and LCD too was not serviced properly as it get a small permanent dot on the screen.

inital service time took over 4 to 5 days due to which i suffered a lot and again i have to suffer for the same after a huge suffering in my studies as i am a student of MBA

Please help me as i am very much frustrated due to huge loss in my studies and these are my exam days and i dont want to wander here and there to solve my Laptops problem.
