I raised complaint (4629441875) on 9th May011, informed that I have the replaced with wrong key pad.
Service Executive attended me on 20th May & came with the same key pad., again i raised the complaint with case id : 4629940965 to replace with the right key pad.
Now case is closed by saying that I don't have global warranty.
I had seened the worst support from HP . as a customer, i can purchase the Laptop any where expecting the customer support any where in world. why support differs & warranty comes into picture??
I Expect the right part will be replaced, atleast this time.
