I bought an HP PAVILION DV6-3217TU Batch-CNF10842W1 on 13-June. For past few weeks i was facing some problems with my laptop such as usual hanging problems, non workable without charging and shut down due to over heating so i approached inTarvo Technologies ltd. (address- G-7/B, PATEL NAGAR-III, Ghaziabad) on 25-May. I was told all my problems will b solved either by Saturday or Monday i.e 28-May. At the time of submitting my laptop to the service centre i asked the officials to call me for any kind of discrepancy or unsolved problem but i didn't receive a single phone call from them instead i had to call them regarding the matter. When i took checked my laptop i saw a major problem unsolved which was earlier justified to be solved, so i enquired about the same and the officials present there gave me 3 different replies for the same.
AS A CONSUMER WE HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO ASK ABOUT THE PROBLEM AND HOW IT OCCURED but the service providers failed to do so.
Later in the evening today i found the major issue of hanging which was said to be solved was unsolved.
I am really regretting to buy HP and would suggest others not to go for HP.
