The compaint no. is CA0974705. We bought a Compaq Presario CQ32801X with Compaq LCD 18.5" W185q on 30 june. From day one the TFT has the display problem We booked the compaint on 21st July. They have sent TFTs twice but each time an old repaired TFT. When we have bought a brand new desktop why should we accept an old and repaired TFT. HP Compaq refuses to listen to the complaint.
