I had purchased hp compaque desktop computer on 27/2.company offered hp all in one printer 428 ups. As per the direction of the company i have taken a DD for Rs999/-(DD no 879848 of state bank of india dated 7/3) for the above offer. I am very regret to say that till date the offer not get. In the e-mail we searched, there we saw "gift claimed" "awaiting despatch". This mail is seeing for the last seven months.:Your company (hp) is wellknown one. So why my claim is postponing.
