Dear Sir/Madam
I have purchased laptop 11 months ago. Since one month it is not getting fully charged. When I have opened hp support assistant and performed battery check it is giving the status ok . there are also no loose connections . and also my laptop has i5 intel core but then also it is not running fast it is taking so much time to open. I wish you would kindly help us by changing some parts and making my laptop working sucessfully.
