Hp/Hp W 185
Very poor service (not repairing the monitor, handed over two weeks before)

I have handed over my Hp make monitor (Model: Hp W 185, TFT Monitor) to Hp servic center two weeks earlier but many time they are just not attending my call and when they attended the call they directly refused to repair and saying that " You can take your monitor from us unrepaired " as well as tey are just pussing days only.

It is my kind request to the system to take action againt it. Because it not harrashing me but also making the brand image of Hp to a bad one.
