I visit in CCD- South City Mall- Kolkata, at 01/04 time 20:02:17. Ordered 3 Lychee chill vanila ice Cream. My order number is 16, bill number is 214. TNO. 9901. amount for 3 items : 357.53/- CCD Manager: Mr. Arun Jha- Code is: D0133.
When i purchase the item through my debit card cashier told me sir your card is not working properly (twice he scanned my debit card in machine). So asked me for cash payment i gave him cash. But at the same day i got two messages from my account. It means two times my account debited.

when i spoke to Mr. Arun Jha next day on the same matter he told me sir don't worry you'll get the amount in 24 hours only. Now still i did not get not even a single rupee in my account? So please suggest where i can complaint on the same? because ccd charged me for 3 Lychee chill vanila ice Cream = 1071/- Rupees? when every one knows ccd is a very big brand then how it can be possible? Now i'll never visit in ccd.
