I purchased a G62 notebook from HP in the first week of Januray. HP was giving a Titan voucher worth Rs 3000 with the purchase of HP notebooks. As per the instructions I registered my product online and within the stipulated date sent scanned copies of product code and Invoice through the email address given to me after registration. But after repeated queries also I did not hear anything from them for two months as I sent my scanned documents on 14th January. In the last week of March after an email I just received a single sentence reply that my claim rejected due to non receipt of documents. I relied by showing them the proof of my sending the needed documents but again got the same single sentence reply. I tried calling them also but nno one seemed to pick up the phone. I never expected a reputed brand like HP doing such a thing. The Voucher is not that important but trust is and I have lost trust in HP.
