HP Laptop
Have not send the promo gift in one month time

I have purchased a laptop one year back, that time i was promised i will recieve a free gift worth Rs. 3500 which includes laptop accessories which i have not recieved till date. I have given all installments. When i contacted HP they always tell the gift is coming in 2 days or 3 days. The assistant name is Dhrubajyoti who is making us run here and there. Please help!
