Purchased laptop (HP Pavilion dv6-1204AU) on the month of november from 51-52, ground floor, Gedore House, Nehru Place New Delhi-110019.The E-drive stopped functioning so I went to HP Service Center. Address (Technoland Systems Ltd, A-2/77, Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi-110029) there the man told me it will take 4to5 days for a new E-Drive and now it's almost a month still they say that the company has not sent them so this is not done i am not at all happy with the service. It would be great if u do something regarding this and i hope that you will solve my query as soon as possible.
