I DR.SACHIN PARMAR S/O MR. BABU LAL PARMAR BAUGHT A HP laptop G-61118TX (QB408PA)[CNF1192164]

FROM LOTUS SAPNA SANGEETA ELECTRONIC SHOW ROOM DATE OF PURCHASE 18-8 TO TILL 13-10, I GOT 2 HARDWARE N 1 SOFTWARE PROBLEM IN THIS LAPTOP FOR WHICH M HAVE TO VISIT HP SERVICE CENTRE,

BECAUSE IN LESS THAN 2 MONTH ALL THT HAPPENED SO DEFINATLY THIS PIECE IS DEFFECTIVE SO M WANT TO REPLACE IT,

BUT D COMPANY EXECUTIVE NOT AGREED AND ASKED ME TO CHECK MY UNIT AT THEIR SERVICE CENTRE THEY CHECKED AND MY UNIT HEATED UP TO 49 DEGREE CENTIGRADE IN 30 MINS, THEY ASKED ME TO PERFORM A CORE TEMPRATURE TESTING TEST WHICH SHOW THE INNER HEATING OF LAPTOP THT TEST FAIL WHEN ITS OVER HEATING AND I M HAVING ALL THE REPORTS AND ALL TEST RESULT AND EVERYTHING..
