I had purchased the logitech notebook headset H165 on 2/6/10, the product is good but when i checked the volume control it is not present and i am uncomfortable without the volume contol, so i decided the return the product, but the dealer refused to accept it saying that it is manufacturer problem and it should be reported to them. So I contacted the concerned area manager and reported the problem to him. He said he will report the matter to higher ups and get back to me. But when i tried to conact the area manager he is not accepting my calls.
Please suggest what should i do?...
