Multi functioning of keyboard lette

When i was use the iball keyboard the botten "A"and"Shift" are not work properly it has multi-functioning property

For example:- when i was typing the letter 'A' It become small letter 'a'

The another complaint is when i was typing the botten 'shift' it become the letter 'a'
